The Helsinki City 5 route changes a little bit. The changes are minor and the renewed route runs even faster in the same areas of the Olympic Stadium and Töölö Sports Park as before.
The start area will be moved from Pohjoinen Stadionintie to Hammarsjöldintie, to a downhill between the swimming stadium and the skate park.
At the end, before running towards the Marathon Gate, the route makes a turn at the Olympic Stadium Square.
The route meets the official measurement standards.
