The refreshments on Garmin Helsinki City Marathon are more generous than ever

The refreshment supply on Garmin Helsinki City Marathon 2019 will be more generous than ever. There are 15 refreshment stations in total and a Sportyfeel energy gel station along the route. In addition the runners will enjoy a generous supply of refreshments and snacks at the finish area after the run.

The supply of refreshments is quite generous throughout the whole marathon. The distance from one station to another is not more than 3 kilometres – usually only 2 kilometres. Sportyfeel sports drink (Lemon taste 5%) and water will be served at all refreshment stations. Seven of the refreshment stations will also serve Sun-Maid raisins and Myrttinen salty pickled cucumber prepared with a traditional Russian recipe. In addition, on the second lap of the marathon there will be a Sportyfeel energy gel station at Pikkuniementie (Munkkiniemi) to give the runners an extra boost for the last kilometres.

Some additional products might be added to the supply of products before the event.
